Before you call

  • If you would like to request information about someone else by phone, you must be authorised with a special DUO authorisation form. A DigiD authorisation is valid for DigiD only.
  • Make sure you have your Citizen Service Number ('burgerservicenummer' or 'BSN') to hand.
