Institutions receive basic funding. The basic funding consists of: 

• An amount per institution. This is a fixed amount based on the total number of students.
• An amount per student in the institution-based and work-based learning track within mbo education.

Institutions receive the funding automatically each month in equal amounts. 

Calculation of the amount

Amount per student × number of students + amount per institution
