Diploma verification is intended for employers and HR workers. Are you a private citizen and would you like to view your own diplomas? Please go to Mijn diploma's for private citizens.
As an employer, you cannot access Mijn diploma’s. Only diploma owners, recognised educational institutions and certain government agencies can log in to Mijn diploma’s.

What is a digital diploma?
A digital diploma is an official document uploaded to DUO’s Mijn diploma’s register. It serves as proof that a diploma or certificate has been obtained.
Types of diplomas in Mijn diplomas
Documentation from the following types of education and graduation years are available in Mijn diploma’s. After the exam, it can take between 2 and 8 weeks for the diploma to be uploaded to Mijn diploma’s.

Not all types of diplomas
Some diplomas are not available in Mijn diploma’s although they are valid. Diplomas from the following degree programmes are not included:
- pre-Master's programme
- post higher vocational education (post-HBO)
- PhD
- lateral entry teacher training programme (‘zij-instroom’)
- industry programme
Value digital vs physical diploma
A digital diploma is an official document issued by DUO. It has the same value as a paper copy of a diploma.
Digital diploma not in PDF format
A document from Mijn diploma’s is always in PDF format. Ask the owner of the diploma for the original PDF file from Mijn diploma’s.
